The cybersecurity talent shortage is a global challenge, and it certainly impacts us at En4see. It is like trying to build a strong fortress with half the bricks! We have had to get creative in finding and retaining talent. We do not just look for the most experienced people but also those passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn. We offer training programs and a supportive work environment to help our team grow. We also partner with online training programs for onboarding and ongoing development. It is a constant challenge, but we are committed to building a strong team to protect our clients.

I realized that the systems I helped build were often vulnerable, especially for small businesses, non-profits, and educational institutions – they are usually the easiest targets. That is why I started En4see. I wanted to empower these organizations to understand the risks and build strong defenses. It is not just about technology; it is about creating a resilient community where everyone has the knowledge and tools to protect themselves. Security is everyone’s responsibility, and I am passionate about making that happen.
